Conversations with Change Makers Webinar: Strategies for Reducing the Energy Consumption of Buildings

Friday March 1, at 12pm ET

This is the sixth in a series of webinars hosted by the AIC Sustainability Committee on reducing energy consumption in buildings where collections are stored, studied, and exhibited. Microclimates have been used as a tool for protecting sensitive items in a collection when temperature and humidity set points are kept at less stringent standards than a flatlined 70F, 50% RH.  Three people with extensive and varied experience with microclimates will be sharing their knowledge and expertise: Michael Cataldi of Paradise Framing, Mike Dunphy of Small Corp, and Laura Gaylord Resch, Assistant Preventive Conservator at the Cleveland Museum of Art.
