The Royal Institute for Cultural Heritage (KIK-IRPA, Brussels, Belgium) and the University of Antwerp (Belgium) are pleased to announce the 4th International Congress Chemistry for Cultural Heritage (ChemCH2016), which will be held in Brussels on July 6-8, 2016.
Contributions for oral presentations and posters are welcome on any aspect of chemistry for Cultural Heritage, including alteration of pigments, organic materials, development of techniques, etc.
During the six sessions of the conference, international experts will be invited to share the latest developments and experiences in the field of chemistry for Cultural Heritage.
A conference excursion with a guided tour of the Ghent altarpiece conservation studio and St Bavo's Cathedral in Ghent will be organized on July 9, 2016.
