The UCLA/Getty IDP in the Conservation of Cultural Heritage is seeking to hire a part/time Research Facilitator for our NEH Tier II grant exploring embedding sustainability into graduate education. During the second three-year phase of this larger project, the successful applicant will research barriers to sustainability in cultural heritage conservation education; coordinate project coaches, partners and advisors; assist in hiring and supervising a Graduate Student Researcher; work to coordinate meetings with external educational evaluators; conduct semi-structured interviews and arrange and participate in focus groups; maintain project documentation and assist in report writing; work with project directors on the preparation of journal articles, conference presentations, and other forms of outreach; and draft final project reports. An MA or PhD are preferred degrees, and remote work is possible.
