Call for Participation in "A Failure Shared is Not a Failure: Learning from Our Mistakes"

"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." Thomas Edison

"Failure is success in progress."  Albert Einstein

Please join AIC for "A Failure Shared is Not a Failure: Learning from Our Mistakes", AIC's 8th annual event. It will be held as the closing session of the AIC Annual meeting at 5 pm CDT on Saturday, May 31st. This session will take place both in-person in Minneapolis and virtually. It's always challenging, hilarious, sad, fun, sobering, and reassuring all at once!

This year, the session will immediately follow the Business Meeting, right in the same room. And there will be a cash bar!

Please submit a 2-3 sentence summary of your proposed topic to Tony Sigel (tony_sigel@me.com) and Kari Rayner (rayner.kari.s@gmail.com). Presentations should be no longer than 8 minutes; images or PowerPoints are welcome but not required. A change this year is that while the event will be live streamed and recorded, as all sessions are, it will NOT be included in Postprints, and will NOT be posted online for posterity on YouTube. What happens in the room, stays in the room!

If you are attending the meeting virtually but would still like to present, we encourage you to participate and will pre-record your talk on Zoom. If you'd like to submit a talk but would prefer to remain anonymous, the moderators can present on your behalf.
