Last year, just before the outbreak of the pandemic, the SBMK organised Modern Art: Who Shares?. During this day possible solutions for the transfer and safeguarding of knowledge in museums were investigated. One of the speakers on this day was RaadSaam Heritage Projects. SBMK and RaadSaam Heritage Projects now offer a sequel to Modern Art: Who Shares? in the form of three workshops which will take place online on Thursday 4, 11 and 18 November, 13:00 - 15:00. Together, we will go deeper into the knowledge assurance process, which consists of four steps: making an inventory of knowledge, sharing knowledge, recording knowledge and organizing a sustainable knowledge flow in the organization.

The first workshop it is about awareness of knowledge transfer.
What kind of knowledge is transferred in the organization? What knowledge is essential in your work environment and should be preserved?

workshop 2 - Sharing knowledge and capturing knowledge

In part two we will talk about the many ways that exist to record knowledge, for example in a database or a blog.
The choice depends on the needs of your organization.

workshop 3 - Integrating the knowledge stream
Thursday18 November, 13:00 - 15:00
In the last workshop, the focus is on creating a sustainable knowledge flow within the organization.
