Information for Congress contributors includes:
- Papers - guidance for pre-recording presentations (maximum 15 minutes), recording instructions, congress logo (optional use) copyright release form
- Digital Posters - guidance for creating digital posters in the webinar below (with ppt or pdf formats, Congress platform is using a 16:9 Aspect Ratio), poster congress logo, recording instructions for 5-minute presentation and copyright release form.
Deadline for submission: ALL presentations and digital posters must be uploaded by 30 September 2020 to a DropBox file set up by Cadmore Media. A Technical Helpdesk is also available to support presenters iic.congress@cadmore.media
Communciations: All presenters were contacted on 24 July 2020 with a reminder sent on 20 August 2020, via email with an update on preparations for Congress . We are aware that a number of presenters may not be able to access their emails, if you are a contributor and have not yet updated your details with the Chair of Technical Committee, or you have not received an update email from us, or need any help please get in touch with the IIC Office iic@iiconservation.org.
We have also included two webinars (below) to inspire and guide contributers including creating digital posters.
