The Research Associate, Isabel Bader Research Fellow in Artifacts Conservation is a new two-year post supported by a grant from Bader Philanthropies, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to undertake research in an academic setting, while acquiring essential pedagogical and communication skills. This Fellowship is designed to enhance skills in research and communication with an ambitious program tailored to the needs and skills of the successful candidate.

Working closely with the Professor of Artifacts Conservation, the Research Associate will undertake research into modern sculpture and will develop workshops to be delivered to graduate students within the Artifacts stream. Under the direction of the Professor, the incumbent will be responsible for two short research projects, including their design, implementation and analysis, ideally resulting in papers presented at professional conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals. Additionally, the Research Associate will design focused workshops on special topics within the existing curriculum, to support their pedagogical development and skills.
