Registration

Registration for the Congress is now open. Booking online is straightforward: simply click here to be taken to the online booking form.

Members of IIC should log onto the IIC website before attempting to register, in order to take advantage of the special members' rate. Contact the IIC office if you have forgotten your password.

Non-members may wish to join (via the website, or by contacting the IIC office), in order to take advantage of the members' discount while also gaining the manifold benefits of membership.

If you wish to join one of the one-day excursions you will need to choose and book this at the same time as registering for the congress. You also need to book in advance if you wish to attend the riverboat banquet.

During online registration you can choose to pay online (WorldPay) or to send a cheque or bank payment direct.

You do not need to book for the receptions.

Booking in advance for the Congress is required and admission on the day cannot be guaranteed since accommodation is limited and catering numbers need to be known in advance.

The registration fee covers:

Attendance throughout the event
Buffet lunch Monday-Thursday
Morning and afternoon refreshments Monday-Thursday
The printed Congress Preprints and CD
Prior on-line access to the abstracts and papers
Attendance at evening receptions
Half-day visits on the Friday
A free two-week pass to National Trust and English Heritage properties

Separate payment is required in advance for the all-day visits, at the time of registration. Payment may be required for some of the half-day visits, bookable during the congress.

There is an additional fee for the Congress Dinner, which must be booked in advance.

The language of the congress is English.
