Registration is now open

If you are an IIC member all you need to do is log into your account and then use the links on the right hand side of this page make your booking.

If you are not a member of IIC you will first need to create an account on the IIC site, which you can do in one easy step: go to http://www.iiconservation.org/user/register - you can then make your congress booking at this page using the options on the right hand side of this page.

Using on-line registration means that you can pay on-line with a credit card via WorldPay©.

Please note that you will also need to book for the Thursday evening Gala Dinner and Excursions at the same time as booking your place at the Congress itself. You do NOT need to book for the opening and closing receptions (Receptions and Grand Congress Dinner).

If you are an Institutional member of IIC and wish to book a place at the Congress please contact the IIC Office: membership@iiconservation.org . Institutional members of IIC are entitled to register one employee who is not a member of IIC at the Congress at the IIC member rate.

If you are a speaker or poster presenter but not an IIC member there is a reduced rate for attendance equivalent to the IIC Member rate; this is for one speaker on each paper or one presenter for each poster. Please select this option to the right here. There is no additional discount for IIC members who are also speakers or presenters, who should book using the IIC Member option to the right on this page.

Booking in advance for the Congress is required and admission on the day cannot be guaranteed since accommodation is limited and catering numbers need to be known in advance.

Of course, if you wish to take advantage of the IIC member discount on the Congress registration fee, as well as the other benefits of IIC membership, you can take the opportunity of joining IIC at the same time.

Accommodation and post Congress Tours

Please note that bookings for your accommodation and for any of the post-Congress tours are made separately at http://www.cvent.com/d/vcq9xv

Refund policy: Your payment is refundable in full within two weeks of your paying for your registration. To claim it, contact the IIC Office. After that time, and before 8th August 2012, we will refund your payment minus 20%. After 8th August 2012 there is no refund.
